Nowadays in Moldova the market is developing at a furious pace, companies lack technical specialists and the most important thing is that from the very beginning they took specialists of any level, but now they want only trained professionals.

We have a system of training created on the basis of our ten years of experience in construction.
The training consists of a theoretical part, where you will learn about:✔ Solar panels;
✔ Grid, hybrid and stand-alone inverters;
✔ Charge controllers, optimizers;
✔ BATTERIES;
✔ Mounting systems (ground mount, roof mount, different metal compositions);
✔ Stringing calculation principle;
✔ Principle of solar panel installation;
✔ Commutation of systems;
✔ Setting up and running systems;
✔ System maintenance;
✔ Transfer of systems to the customer;
✔ Monitoring setup.


Practical part:
We assign you to an existing installation team, where you learn by doing (you will have the opportunity to observe the process, as well as directly participate in the installation of the object). The practical part includes ten lessons, i.e. during the whole month, you can be part of our team for a whole day and participate in the installation process. If you prove yourself well, you will have the opportunity to stay to work in the team for which you were assigned, and maybe in our company. We can also recommend you to other companies who make us requests for training of installers.


The training period is one month (online and offline meetings, working in a group with other installers). Online meetings are held at 19:00, twice a week; Offline, every Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 in parallel with the practical part.
Today a simple handyman earns 16000 lei per month for 20 working days in Moldova. A good specialist - 2000 euros. Brigadier - 3000 euros.
